Welcome to HiLucy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HiLucy platform, including our website, applications, AI concierge, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HiLucy provides:

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. HiLucy does not store or process credit card details directly. All payment disputes should be directed to the property or service provider.
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by HiLucy and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by AI systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiLucy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or $100 for guest accounts.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms, with 30 days notice for termination without cause.
We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
